The last part of the recipe calls for eating. In this case with a crusty Crumb Brothers baguette and Pico goat cheese from the Ardeche. (Andy says any creamy, gamey goat cheese will do.) The wine -- a cheap, subpar rose bought in a hurry by his hungry girlfriend.
