    This looks fantastic. And yes, the biscuits thing was a bit distracting until I threw myself back to American college and Southern cooking days. I plan to try these out this weekend and tell you how they go; I suspect my mother and aunt will adore them.

    Would you say it's better to opt for cow milk feta or sheep milk feta cheese? Thank you!

    Ksenia,
    I'm a fan of the Greek Dodoni feta that I believe is made from sheep's milk. Cow would be just fine (a lot of people prefer the milder flavor) but personally I adore the sharpness and think that in the bisuits that trait is especially appropriate.
