    I don't think I have seen this combo before.. Gonna have to try it..


    I love this type of salad. I have a recipe that's kind of similar, but yours is more finely diced and mine doesn't have the coconut (which sounds like a brilliant addition!)


    Delicious. I love SE Asian salads, which this is clearly inspired by.
