    I recently discovered microwaving corn. It is the best. I don't even husk the corn first. It's also a great way to parcook before finishing on a blazing hot grill. I've found that's the best combo for juicy and caramelized corn.

    I am weird. I eat it raw. I discovered this while starving in the garden one day. It was the closest thing to me and I just grabbed a cob, shucked it and wow.. sweet, juicy and delicious! It was great.. you must try. :)

    This in no way altered my aversion to corn slathered with any number of butters, cheeses, peppers, garlics, etc. (had to add that!)
